We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect
- Email address — when you reserve a First Hold pair or write to us. Stored to confirm your reservation and to send quiet progress updates.
- Name & shipping address — collected only at checkout so we can deliver your pair.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data — anonymous traffic data (page views, referrer) to understand which pages people read. No cross-site tracking.
Legal basis
Reservation and order data: contract performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Updates and replies: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Newsletter or marketing emails (if you opt in): consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), withdrawable any time.
Processors we use
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payment processing.
- Supabase Inc. — encrypted database hosting (EU region).
- Lovable — website hosting.
Each processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and acts only on our instructions.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept for 7 years to comply with Austrian tax law (§132 BAO). Newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous traffic data is kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to us at artoflaurens@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
Cookies
This site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies for the reservation flow) are set only when you interact with the form.
