The First Hold edition is a pre-order. By reserving a pair you pay €159 in advance, and your pair is held for you until shipping in autumn 2026. Production is in small batches and dates may shift; we will write to you with quiet progress updates.

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your reservation at any time before your pair ships, and within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. We will refund the full €159 to your original payment method within 14 days. Send your withdrawal notice to artoflaurens@gmail.com.

Prices are in Euro. As a Kleinunternehmer (small business) under §6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG we do not charge VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We ship to the EU, UK and US. Shipping is included in the reservation price. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days from dispatch.

Statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) of two years applies. In addition we voluntarily repair or replace any cushion that fails through normal use during the first year after delivery.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
